I am in-network with HUSKY Health and intentionally set aside a portion of my schedule for HUSKY clients who are seeking in-person therapy sessions. If you are a HUSKY member interested in working together, in person, I encourage you to contact me, as soon as possible, for the most up-to-date availibility.
The Owl’s Nest is a private pay practice. Payment is made at the time of each session and I am not in network with insurance companies.
Some clients choose to use their out of network benefits. When medically necessary and clinically appropriate, I can provide a detailed receipt, often called a superbill, that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Eligibility for reimbursement requires a diagnosable mental health condition and is determined by your individual insurance plan. Coverage is not guaranteed.
I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to ask about your out of network benefits, including your deductible, reimbursement rate, and any coverage limitations.
If you are unsure whether using out of network benefits or choosing private pay is the best fit, we can review your options together during your complimentary 15 minute consultation and decide on the path that supports your goals and circumstances.
This is a collaborative process where we slow things down, step back, and focus on one central question:
What is your life asking of you right now?
You are not coming to me for answers.
You are coming to learn how to access your own.
Your experiences, your relationships, your stress, and your transitions all carry information.
In our work, we learn how to understand that information and use it to move forward with clarity and intention.
This is how you find your North Star.
Not as an idea, but as a way of making decisions, setting boundaries, choosing relationships, and living your daily life with intention.
This work is for people who are functioning on the outside but know something deeper is ready to change.
You do not need a diagnosis to do this work.
You need space, honesty, and a process that helps you trust your own wisdom.
Your direction is not something we create.
It is something we uncover and learn to follow.
As a licensed clinical social worker, my work is guided by the NASW Code of Ethics. This means your safety, confidentiality, autonomy, and wellbeing always come first. I practice within my areas of training, use research-informed approaches, and work collaboratively, so you can feel confident, respected, and supported throughout therapy.

Under federal law, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I will provide you with a written estimate outlining anticipated session fees and any other relevant charges before we begin services. This is meant to support transparency and help you make informed decisions about your care. Please note that actual costs may vary based on your individual needs and the course of treatment.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and electronic payments. To protect confidentiality, please do not include personal or clinical information in payment notes. Some counseling services may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement depending on your plan; clients are encouraged to verify coverage directly with their provider. Superbills may be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
